Hi folks, Does anyone have information on the ancestry of Richard FORD, b.c. 1756 prob. in Mansfield, Tolland Co., CT? In Mansfield in February 1780 he married Jemima HALL, daughter of Mansfield residents Ephraim HALL and Miriam WALCOTT. Richard & Jemima took their family to Duanesburgh, Schenectady Co., NY, by 1810, and Jemima was buried alone in Parish, Oswego Co., NY, in May 1841. Children of Richard & Jemima Ford: Jemima, born 1780; married William AVERY and settled in Oswego Co., NY where she died in 1862. Richard, born about 1786, lived in Schenectady Co., NY Charles(?), born 1796, lived in Oswego Co., NY Ephraim Earl Ford(?), built first store in Parish, Oswego Co., NY in 1829 Thanks!
