Can anyone tell me in the Kindred Konnections SSDI search in the birth date section after you have found a name where it is supposed to be the year they were born what 1000 stands for. I know that my William Hall was born between 1867 and 1870 and died after 1950. Can someone explain this? ~DEBBIE R.~
