Hello, I am new to the HALL list, and I was wondering if anyone could help me out with any information on James HALL of Pittsylvania County, VA. The problem I am having is that there are two James HALL's married within a couple of years of each other,and I think some of the research being done of them is confusing the two. There is James HALL that married Nancy HERNDON on Dec. 27, 1848 and James M. HALL that married Nancy SHELHORSE on Oct. 29, 1846 I am thinking that the James HALL that married Nancy HERDON is my GGGgf because in 1850 my GGgf: George Washington HALL is listed under one of the two James' and the other James is on the same census page as Mary SHELHORSE the mother of Nancy SHELHORSE.
