Hi June, Julie, and any one else interested in Halls in Kentucky, My husband has recently gotten together some of his family data for me, to add to my genealogy research. Just wondering if any of the information I have on his line looks familiar to you. We are not sure where in Kentucky his Hall line was as yet, (one family member thinks it was Tennessee, not Kentucky, since some of the family connections were there) but some of the names you mention are also in his line. This is probably a long shot, but perhaps his line fits in with one or both of yours, or someone else out there. (I am a Hall descendant too, but as far as I can tell, a different line of Halls since mine were originated in Ohio, after coming to the US in the late 1700's or early 1800's from England). Left Sara and his children and went to Tenn. or Kentucky and. had another family. Milford Hall went to visit him and George. came back to Ark. and stayed with Sarah until his death. He married Sarah Martin, daughter of Unknown Martin. Possibly Cherokee Indian from Tennessee. Died Before 1969. They had the following children: 3 i. William Silas (Will) Hall 4 ii. Belle Hall 5 iii. Alice Hall 6 iv. Mary Hall 7 v. Rebecca Hall 8 vi. Milford Hall 9 vii. Jim Hall 10 viii. Cindy Hall Third Generation ———————————————————————————————————————— 3. William Silas (Will) Hall. Born 28 Sep 1885 in Morrison, Logan Co., Arkansas. Died Aug 1969 in Arkansas. Buried in Humpfries Cemetery, Fulton Co., Ark. Farmer. At time of death had 6 grandchildren, 5 step grand children, & 10 great grandchildren, Last known residence Salem, Ark. He first married Cora Ellen Martin, daughter of Carl Martin & Susan Williams. (Carl and aforementioned Sara were brother and sister) Born 1885 in Vienna, Maries Co., Missouri. Occupation Housewife. They had the following children: 11 i. Eulis Clarence Hall 12 ii. Claude Hall 13 iii. Carl Hall 14 iv. Jessie Hall He second married Lee Hill, in between Cora and Zella. He third married Zella (Zellie) Bookout, 26 Nov 1932 in Wiseman, Arkansas. Born 12 Nov 1901. Died Jul 1984 in Sidney, Sharp County, Arkansas. Buried in Arkansas. They had the following children: 15 i. Fred Hall 16 ii. Unknown Hall 4. Belle Hall. Died Before 1969. She married Unknown Hatman. 5. Alice Hall. Occupation Had 3 children, resided in California most of her married life. She married George Hatman. 6. Mary Hall. Born 30 Sep 1889. Died Apr 1979 in Wiseman, Ark. She married Ruf Bookout. 7. Rebecca Hall. Lived in Agnos, Arkansas She married Phillip Courtwright. 8. Milford Hall. Died Before 1969. He married Vernon. 9. Jim Hall. Died Before 1969. Took off one day and was never heard from again. He married Josie Reeves. 10. Cindy Hall. Died Before 1969 at about age 21. Fourth Generation ———————————————————————————————————————— 11. Eulis Clarence Hall. Born 3 Sep 1909 in Day, Jefferson Township, Izard Co., Ark. Died 29 Nov 1981 in Salem, Fulton Co. , Arkansas. Buried in Morrison Cemetery by Leland Carter Funeral Home. Occupation: grocery merchant. He married Velma Lane, daughter of Edmond Mears Lane & Mary Rachel Alexander, 11 Feb 1928 in Day, Izard County, Arkansas. Born 14 Oct 1910 in Beaver Co., Oklahoma. Died 29 May 1997 in Horseshoe Bend, Izard County, Arkansas. Buried 31 May 1997 in Morrison Cemetery, Morrison Ark. by Cox Estes F.H. 12. Claude Hall. Died at about 20 yrs of age. 13. Carl Hall. Died at 3 or 4 yrs old. 14. Jessie Hall. Born 20 Sep 1920. Died Jul 1983 She married Living person 15. Male Hall. May still be living in Illinois 16. Unknown Hall. Died in infancy.
