According to research by Roger Ryan, the origins of the Harrison Co., HALLs goes back to Allegany Co., MD and Elisha Hall ( my ancestor), Benjamin Hall, Moses Hall, and Richard Hall. Thery had come to Allegany Co. from Calvert Co., MD. They left Allegany Co. in the late 1700s and migrated to Harrison Co. Have extensive info on descendants of Elisha, but none on Benjamin who may have been brother of Elisha.
