    3. Jane, Please send me the information to review. My general rule is that we talk about DNA in the context of HALL family research on this list. However, if the links are of general interest to the Hall DNA members, towards helping them understand their results or make judgements about further testing, they may be appropriate. john. 1. [HALL] Jacob Bollinger Allbright, Georgia E Hudson, John D. Hall, A. G. Hudson
    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Author: AlisonStevens264 Surnames: Hall, Hudson, Allbright, Wise Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.hall/6263.2.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: What might you know of any relationships between the Halls and the Hudsons? Jacob Bollinger Allbright, son of William Allbright and Lillie Hughes, married Georgia E. Hudson. According to Georgia's Texas death certificate, Jacob listed her parents as A. G. Hudson and Dessie Carodine. According to A. G. Hudson's Texas death certificate, Jacob listed A. G. Hudson's parents as N? Mack Hudson and Miss Wise. A. G. Hudson married Miss R. L. Carodine in Coryell County, Texas on 25 July 1882, Coryell County, Texas Marriage Book DII (or D2), page 204. James Samuel Hall, called Sam or J. Sam, was enumerated next door to the John D. Hall and Lillie Hughes Allbright family on the 1900 Runnels County, Texas census, married first to Miss Mollie Owens on 13 Nov 1873 in Coryell County, Texas, marriage book C, page 201. John D. Hall, who married Lillie Hughes Allbright, was married before he married Lillie according to the census, think it was 1910. J. D. Hall married Miss Nannie Owens in Coryell County, Texas on 9 Nov 1876, marriage book D1, page 307. Miss Maggie L. Hudson married C. C. Abbott on 9 Nov 1876 in Coryell County, Texas, marriage book D1, page 186. Now, Celia Ann Wise was one of the daughters of James Wise and wife Permelia. James and Permelia Wise spent the last 20 years of their lives in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. On the 1850 census, Celia A Hall was living with her parents. She had three Hall children: Nancy age 3, Samuel age 2, and John age 5/12. It may or may not have been her husband enumerated as the last person in the household. People have interpreted the census in different ways. Celia A Hall married N M Hudson on 3 Sep 1854 in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. Celia Ann Wise Hall Hudson had three known Hudson children: Artemus Gideon Hudson born about 1856, Margaret Laura Hudson born about 1858, and Columbus Washington Hudson, born about 1861. The middle names come from research done many years ago, and I don't have sources for them. All this makes me think that Jacob Bollinger Allbright met his wife Georgia E. Hudson because she was his stepfather's half-brother's daughter. But I haven't proved it. So, all this makes me think that Jacob Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
