Mr. Westhuis was born on March 15, 1933, in Waupun, the son of Arthur and Marion (Landaal) Westhuis. He was married to Beverly Hadley on March 17, 1956, in Alto. Mr. Westhuis and his wife lived in the Waupun area all their married life. He was an independent milk trucker for the Alto Dairy for many years. He was a member of the Alto Reformed Church, Alto. Survivors include his wife, Beverly, Waupun; three sons, Anthony (Donna) Westhuis, Fond du Lac, Allen (Louise) Westhuis, Hudson, and Loren (Karen) Westhuis, Waupun; one daughter, Debra (Daniel) Hoekstra, Waupun; 10 grandchildren, Jessica (Robert) Techlow, Jody, Jackie, Michelle, Michael and Tyler Westhuis, Danielle, John and Brock Hoekstra, and Trisha (Dustin) Burchardt; two great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Millie (Bernes) Henken, Burnett, and Carol (Pat) Vande Berg, Waupun; two stepsisters, Marion Hull, Waupun, and Sylvia (Myron) Hull, Waupun; and one step sister-in-law, Gwen DeGraff. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Alton Westhuis and his stepmother, Jennie.
