I do therefore make and publish this my last will and testament in the manner and form following towit, that is to say First and principally I commit my soul to God and my body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my executor herein after mentioned. Whereas my wife Susanna formerly called Susanna HADDIX left my bed and board many years and lived in a state that precludes her from any claim upon my bounty, it is therefore my will that she receive nothing of my estate. It is also m y will that neither of the children had by the said Susanna whether from before her separation from me or since, receive any portion of my estate whatsoever. It is my will and hereby give and bequeath to Barbra CRITZ, commony called Barbra FOY all my property ____ in the house and out doors by her paying all my just debts to serport her while her natural life lasts, and if Barbara CRITS commonly called Barbara Foy should marry before her death as soon as she marries all that I have given unto her is to be equily divided between her three children that is David and Marget and Elizabeth SIMON wife of George SIMON. It is my will, I do hereby give and bequeath unto David commonly called David FOY one hundred dollars out of the money coming to me from Joseph McCOY when collected for the land I sold to the said McCOY. It is also my will, I give and bequeath one hundred dollars of the same money to Market commonly called Market FOY when it is collected of Joseph McCOY for the land I sold him. It is my will, I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth SIMON, wife of George SIMON fifty dollars out of the last payment of the money that is a coming to me from Joseph McCOY for the land I sold to him. It is my will, I give and bequeath the balance that is coming to me from Joseph McCOY for the land I sold to him. I give and bequeath unto Barbara CRITS commonly called Barbara FOY _________________________ wife her natural life shall last ___________________ her death all that is left of the money ______________ property that I have give and bequeath unto her be equily divided between her three children, that is to say, David and Marget and Elizabeth SIMON wife of George SIMON.
