It looks like he was very busy working on his family tree. I tried to email Iven but unfortunately it was returned. Then I saw on the message board your posting of his passing. I was wondering if you could please pass on this email to his sister who may know information on this family. I am trying to find family of Alys Winifred Haddox which Iven posted on his family tree. Alys & her husband, Philip Haddox had Victor Gilmore Haddox born 19 July 1929 and a John Philip Haddox born 4 Nov 1930. I am currently working on our family history and saw the family tree on Ancestry.com for Alys Winfred Gilmore born on 1 Jan 1901 in Moline, Rock Island Co, IL. I am not sure if you are researching this ancestry line but Alys' father, William Wallace Gilmore was a brother of my great, great grandfather David Smith Gilmore. My great aunt was doing family research in the early 1950's and has traced our ancestry back a few generations beyond William Wallace Gilmore. She compiled a booklet of many of our ancestry.
