Re: Potstown area...I believe that that is where my Dad's ancestors are from-- His Father was JOHN GEORGE HAAS (I wish I knew if he had brothers or sisters) married MARGARET McDevitt (of Lancaster, PA). They had: John George Haas, Frederick Peter Haas (Born 10/16/11, in Rochester, NY passed away Sept 28, 1997), He married Mary Ackely Parke, They had Suzanne Phyfe Haas, Margaret McDevitt Haas, and Harriet Parke Haas. Charlotte ___ Haas, and Margaret ____ Haas. Grandfather Haas died when my Dad was young and John G. Haas was around 50 at the time. My Uncle John G. Haas was Vice Pres. and General Counsel of Bethlehem Steel until he, too, died around 50. Hope someone knows more about my Grandfather. He own a Uniform Company in Phil and New York called Haas Uniforms, made all uniforms for the armed forces, etc. Help, Harriet Haas Levesque
