Hi Sandra, Just read your message on the Hass/Haas list and see you list Peter Haas... do you know when he was born, or where? The reason I ask is because we have traced our HASS tree back to Peter Hass, b. 1765 (Germany or Prussia/Poland most likely) who was m. to Anna Dorothea ?. 3 of their children were: Elisabeth, b. 1799 Gottleib, b. 22 Jan 1805 in Semlin, Poland Johann, b. 1808 and possibly Maria, b. 12 May 1799 in Semlin, Poland Don't know anything about the 2 girls, but Johann was married to (1) Christine Pohl and (2) Elisabeth Krueger. Gottlieb was my g-g-grandfather and he married Louise Pelz 24 Nov 1826 in Kulm, Bessarabia. Of course I have lots on this family. Just wondering if your Peter could also be my Peter.
