My line is very short. My Great-grandmother was Rebecca Jane Haas. She was born somewhere in Pennsylvania 21 Jan 1840. 21 Oct 1860 she married William DeHart. There obituaries contradict each other as to where they were married. One says Commontown, PA, which I cannot find, and the other says Shelbyville, Shelby County, Indiana. I've looked at the film at my local Family History Center and could not find there marriage in it. Rebecca's parents were Isaac S. and Susannah Haas. He was born around 1809 in Pennsylvania and died in 1881, probably in Monmouth, Warren County, Illinois. Susannah, I don't know her maiden name, was born around 1814 in Pennsylvania and died, probably in Monmouth, Warren County, Illinois. I cannot seem to find Isaac and Susannah in any census until 1870. They were living in Warren County, IL with Joseph and Francis Shoemaker. It appears that Francis is their daughter.
