The activity on this list has me really encouraged! I am looking for any information on my great-grandfather Joseph P. HAAS born around 1880 in St.Louis, Mo. He married Marie "Mamy" C. MEYER from Belleville, IL in 1905. They had two children, Lee Roy HAAS (born 1907 in Belleville, IL), and Eunice HAAS. Eunice was institutionalized after a head injury and never had children. I hope someone will recognized Joseph P. and place him as a sibling or son. The family lore was that they came from the Alsace region.
