Here's my roll call information: My great grandmother Hannah Haas, born in Adams Co, OH, 24 Jan 1849, was the daughter of Gottlieb Haas and Frederica Plummer. Gottlieb was born in Niederhofen, Württemberg, 2 Nov 1815, the son of Leonardo Haas and Margarita Barbara Denz. He came with his wife and possibly one child to Adams County, Ohio, from Württemberg before 1843 and some years later moved to Brown County. Frederica died in 1860 of typhoid fever in Adams County. Gottlieb died in 1895, leaving at least 10 children. His second wife, Hamit or Harriet, was born in PA. Hannah Haas died 5 May 1937 in Union Twp, Brown Co. OH, and is buried in Maplewood Cemetery. I have additional parish records information from Niederhofen which I hope to have a neighbor attempt to translate. Dave Coslett
