    2. Frank Mayberry
    3. Hi, Linda! Jere is what I have on my connection to the Haas surname which isn't all that much but it is a possible connection, provided you can make the connection. I know next to nothing about this surname except what I have learned recently upon the discovery of being married to my gggrandpa she would have been my gggrandma. Here is what I have. I will paste it here: " I am Looking for Catherine whose parents might have been Peter and Mary Haas who were living in Hampshire County, Virginia and were listed on the 1850 Census of that county. Living in their household at that time was the following children who I believe were their daughter's and Israel MAYBERRY's children. Their names were: Mary age 21, Thomas age 19, Sarah age 13. In the same county on the 1850 Census there was an Israel MAYBERRY living in the household of John and Sarah COOPER their family to include another lady named THORNBERRY age 60. Another MAYBERRY (who I believe to be my ggrandfather Francis age 16 was living with the Simon B or D TAYLOR family. Later the TAYLOR family shows up on the 1870 Census with my ggrandfather Francis living next door to them. He (my ggrandpa Francis) was then married to Mary E. EARLY and had two children named Henry Hamilton MAYBERRYand Mary MAYBERRY. Francis or aka Frank MAYBERRY was nowhere to be found on the 1870 Census, although his family was still living at the same location. My ggrandmother Mary E. EARLY had remarried to a D. N. McGILL and he (D. N. McGill) was not listed on the 1880 Census although his son (Noble McGill) was listed as being one year old. Later the family shows up in the Healdton, Carter County, Indian Territory (OK) area, where my grandfather Henry Hamilton Mayberry had married my grandmother Nancy Alice Hamilton Mayberry in Cooke County, Texas on August 3, 1884 and were living in Healdton, Carter County, IT(OK).
