Guthrie, resides at Stilwell in the Cherokee Nathion, in the state of Indian Territory. Calvin was born in 1864, in Scott County, Arkansas and is married to Sarah Guthrie nee Sarah Keys, Sarah Keys is a white woman. On May 28, 1906 Calvin's children were Oscar, 20 years old, born Aug. 28th. 1886; Margaret, 18 years old, born Apl. 4th. 1889; Florence A., 16 years old born Sept. 1891. All children have been on the Cherokee pay since 1894, and are all Cherokee alottes for lands. Calvin states that his mother was Sarah Adair, daughter of Ned Adair, this is as far back as I know of my kinsman on Cherokee side, My father was a white man. signed Calvin P. Willis, born Feb. 25, 1875 Oscar, born Feb. 15, 1867 Fathers parents: Ned and Mihala Adair, born in Georgia Calvin was enrolled for lands by "The Dawes Commission, for monies drawn in 1876, 1880, 1885, 1894 My note: these documents are not the Dawes Commission applications.
