What were their names? Where did they go from there? When did they leave? I have found the first trace of my relatives in Newton Ga in the 1840 census. His name was Henry Guthrie (guthry, Guttry, etc.). Family stories say he was born in GA in 1812 but I can't verify that. I have not been able to identify any of his siblings or parents. There is a William Guthrie that lived near him, suspected of being his brother, but I have not been able to trace him. Any Help appreciated. Morris
