Their son Claiborne Guthrie - born May 1, 1777, died April 26, 1831 is my ggggrandfather. Claiborne Guthrie (their son) married Eleanor Newlin in 1810. There is a tie to the Maris family from Scotland, but I don't know if it is Marty Magdeline's family or the Guthrie's. Any help is appreciated.
