Guthrie and Mary Jane Guthrie (nee White) who married September 18, 1895 in Texas. As far as I know, they had four children: Virgil Guthrie, Ora Guthrie, Avis Guthrie, and Georgia L. Guthrie. I do not know the date of birth for Oliver Guthrie. Nor do I know the dates of birth or death of any of the children. I am related to the Guthries through the Whites and Hickmans of Texas. I do have an old photo of Avis Guthrie, as she was my great grandmother’s niece (Lucy Elizabeth Hickman (nee White). She was Mary Jane’s sister.
