Benjamin Franklin Taylor and Carrie Guthrie Taylor has two sons: Egbert (1886-1957) and Walter (1889-1974). Both sons buried in the National Cemetery, New Bern, NC. Walter married Effie Daisy Brinkley (1893-1980). They raised a foster son, George Lathel Lupton, and had two children of their own; Otha Graham Taylor (abt. 1923-1985) and Nanette Taylor (1933-1990).
