The only problem with some of these books is that the author's have not cited where they have found the information/proofs. The DAR will not use these books for applications to the DAR because the authors have not documented where they found the information. At least that is so with the two Gulick books that I have seen. I will look for Huntley's book. It is interesting that Miriam (Taylor) Gulick's (married John Gulick in about 1804 in VA.) first husband was a Huntley. At least that is what is written in the above books...but I have not found the documentation, yet. All my best, Beth Warner Perona
