Hi, I think I missed the first few posts on Michael Griffith, but I will throw this in, if I have the wrong Michael Griffith, please excuse, and disregard. My Husband's 2-gr grandfather was Michael Bery Griffith, b. 26 Feb 1796 in Montgomery Co., MD. He married Lydia Ridgely Crabb, b. 1799 AA Co., MD on 28 Aug. 1823 in Montgomery Co., MD. He died in San Augustine Co., TX. Their Children were: Jeremiah Crabb Griffith, b. 1825 Ann Elizabeth Griffith, b. 1829 John Summerfield Griffith, b. 1831 Joseph Henry Berry Griffith, (my husband's gr-grandfather) Ruth Matilda Griffith, b. 1835 Amanda J. Griffith, b. 1838. Michael Griffith was in Jefferson Co., MO in 1835 and in San Augustine Co., TX by 1839.
