My main goal is to find parents and siblings of my GGG-Grandfather John Griffin b. 1798 Va. or N.C. and found in census 1830-40 Rockingham Co., N.C. and 1850 Stokes Co. N.C. and 1860 Grayson Co., Ky.. John Griffin b. 1798 died Feb 1864 Grayson Co., Ky. per Stokes Co. Estate Papers in the N.C. Raleigh Archives.
