Does anyone know anything about my great aunt Pauline GRIFFIN (BUCHANAN) and her husband Geter BUCHANAN? Pauline was one of the daughters of my great grandparents, Lee GRIFFIN and Minerva Jane ALDRIDGE (GRIFFIN). I believe Pauline was b around 1912 in the Hughes community of Mitchell (now Avery) County in Western NC. I have been told that she died in childbirth in 1938. Female infant BUCHANAN child died that same day. I would really like to find information about her / her life to better understand my family. Can you help? Tamara G.
