Heritage Quest is one and I believe it's also available from the Brigham Young Digital Collection. Don't forget to always try (no www) books.google.com before you order anything. Many out of copyright books are digitzed here and are free to download as well. BTW Jusuts' book is very helpful and well researched, but contains errors as he relied upon interviews with elderly relatives.
