    2. Pearleen Elves-Plumpton
    3. Hello My John GRIFFIN came to North America in 1824 along with wife and children. According to my info source my John GRIFFIN was either from Queen's County (Laois County) or Kerry County. My John GRIFFIN was born about 1791 and died about 1836. He married Alice McHugh(?) and had the following children that we know of that were all born in Ireland: Catharine Mary GRIFFIN - b. abt. 1814 John GRIFFIN - b. Mar. 10 1820 Ann Ellen GRIFFIN - b. abt. 1824 At some point the family arrived in Georgina Township, York County, Ontario, Canada. Some of the family moved out to Rapid City, Manitoba and to Whitewood, Saskatchewan, Canada. Any information on this family would be appreciated or their ancestors in Ireland would be greatly appreciated.
