They may have stopped in TN on their way to IL. Wilson died in Pope County in the early 1800s, and his son also named Wilson ended up in Mason County, IL where he died. Britton was born in the early 1800s and also ended up in Mason County, IL. Have been trying to find the connection between Wilson and Britton.
