Griffin family living in Cass, Ill and listed in the 1850 census as: H. Griffin 60 male - born abt 1790 in N.C. Eda Griffin 58 female - born abt 1792 in N.C. Thomas Griffin 18 male - born abt 1832 in Tenn C.J. Griffin 17 female - born abt 1833 in Tenn. D.J. Griffin 12 male - born abt 1838 in Ill. Perhaps of note is that they are living "around the corner" from the Cyrus & Sarah Wright family that includes R.L. (Richard Lawrence) Griffin and S.J.
