I have though run across your family's names and tried to connect the dots to the Virginia and Georgia Griffins of my line before but have not yet been able to figure out how they are all connected. I will keep an eye out though. I've read Looney Hicks Griffin's WPA interview and such. Hopefully we will all figure this out eventually. I would hope more folks would join the Griffin Surname project...that would help alot. So far only about 30% have joined and done their testing (per the survey respondents).
