I am glad you have the faith to trust in old mail. My great grandmother was the only child of John Rousey Griffin and Lucinda Jane Carson Griffin. Her name was Emma Frances Griffin and was born in 1862. Lucinda and John married Valentine's day 1861 and he left for the Civil War soon after. He died six months after returning from the War.
