I suspect she is buried at the Warnick Cemetery in South Wheatland Illinois. South Wheatland is just South of Decatur, Illinois. I will be going to the library and DGS sometime this week, and I will look up to find which cemetery Nancy is buried. I have William and Nancy having 11 children. If you go to my family tree you can see all the information that I have on the Warnick family. If it is posted fairly recently and I'm simply missing it, I apologize. I am looking for the parents/siblings of Mary Griffin. She is listed as being born anywhere from 1870 to 77 in censuses of 1900-1930's. She died sometime after the 1930 census was taken. She married John Bunch (abt 1856-1921) and had several children: Charlie, Elizabeth, Minnie (my ggrandma), Sarah, Fannie, and twins Martha Edna and Bill Harvey. I have a picture of her, she is at least half indian, story is Cherokee or possibly Sioux. Any help at all would be appreciated. I know she married charlie oldfield in 1977 or 1978 Mark had at least 3 children that I know of 2 where adopted the rest I'm not sure of. Vern griffin lived in california in 1977 and was a scrap metal collector. Gerald lived in california too. Wilma lived in sun valley nevada when she married charley. She worked as a waitress in the show room of sparks nugget. She at one point moved to pocatella idaho along with her son mark griffin. This is the first I have seen of a post for this family. My great grand mother was Julia Griffin, originally from Co Galway Ireland. She moved to Boston MA and married John Kennedy in 1893, in Chelsea, Suffolk Co. MA. John Kennedy was originally from Ireland ? Co Kerry. They had one son in 1896, and on his baptismal cert was a sponsor called Elizabeth Griffin and A Ward. I am eager to find out if this lady was related to Julia Griffin. Julia Griffins parents were Michael and Margaret Griffin. Julia had 3 sisters all based in Ireland.
