Ann Brent in England (he is probably the original pioneer) (John?) George Griest, b. England; d. 1688, Chester co., PA m. Ann Butt, 6 Sept 1682 at Chester Monthly Meeting. John Griest m Martha Baldwin 2 Aug 1694, George was appointed by the Chester co. court to be one of 12 land appraisers. 11 Jun 1695, George purchased 100 acres in Bethel twp. I do have more on George, nothing on John #1. Betty
