I posted this sometime ago, with all this renewed interest in Green's will post it again I was sent the wrong probate records for John Green of Bates, Co. Mo. & would like to give these to the family they belong to. John Green died without a will Feb. 20th 1865 in Bates Co. Mo. His family was listed as; Theodore H. Green, son , Bates, Mo. Sarah Jarred, daughter, Linn, Ks John D. Green, son, Calif. Artimissa Phillippe, daughter, Jackson,Mo. Lucy Green, Daughter, Bates, Mo.
