Alexander Washington Green born 1822 in West Flamboro, Ontario, Canada married Ellen Laughead in 1854 in West Garafraxa, Ontario, Canada. Alexander was the son of William Green ) born Hardwick, Sussex, New Jersey, USA) and Christina Markle born in Ontario. Many records have Alexander dying at 6 months old which I still can't figure that one out since he moved to Muskoka and had a large family. During all the census he was always living beside a sibling and even had a son he named after his brother-in-law. When looking up the baptismal records there he was with several of his siblings all at the same time. The book I have even had a burial place for him yet the records for that cemetery don't mention him being there at all. I even thought it might of been another brother but no sign of another sibling with that name. His grandparents were John Green and Mary Davis of New Jersey.
