Jann >> Hi Jann, I don't know the answer to all your questions, but can say that Thomas "The Seagull Green and his sons were all read headed and tall. There are numerious books that mention the height of one of his sons or grandsons as being over 6 feet tall, in fact Thomas Green the son of Seagull was suppose to be 6 ft. 6 in. tall. Most of his family went to Mississippi, first to the Natchez area. Many of this family lived in Amelia County, Virginia, and the surrounding area. I call the Jersey Settlement Greens the "Jeremiah Green" family because Jeremiah was the first of his family to leave New Jersey and migrate to North Carolina. I don't recall if this family was red headed or not. I have read about the Green - Jones feud, but don't know which family this is. As I recall, this was considered the second worst family feud in American history. I will post my response and hope others will add and correct the story. Tom Green
