Jack Green, son of Thomas Green and Sally Mederis of Pinelog, Cherokee Co, NC. Thomas Green was the son of Amos Green and Rebecca Coffey. Thomas had brothers Silas and Daniel who also married Mederis girls, sisters of Thomas's wife. Silas married Sally and Daniel married Ellen. Jack Green married Sarah Parton, date unknown to me, and they lived at Pinelog. Children were John, Pinelog preacher, Alice, Elbert, Rosscoe, Ida, Thomas, and Hattie. John married Safrona Crawford and Alice married a Crawford, Safrona's brother. Hattie married Robert Ledford. Are there any descendants of this family out there? Would love to hear from you.
