i have just subscribed to the list and am looking for some info on a promise i made about ten years ago. while living in mississippi i met a woman at my church doing research on the green family. since i was from tenn. and her greens were from there she asked for help. i've kept the info all these years and look ever so often but with no luck. i hope someone can help here. silas harrison green - born march 27, 1827 bedford co., tn died nov. 28, 1898 shiloh, tn married 1852 mary turnbo - born may 25, 1836 wayne co., tn died nov.6, 1883 both are buried in mississippi there is also a pepsi green who married an aub davis from savannah. pepsi was born dec. 24, 1824 - died january 5, 1902. buried in shiloh cem. sisal green was in limestone co. ala in the house of william b. roberts in the 1850 census i hope someone can help me with this. it's a promise i would like to keep. van michael wadley trezevant, tn
