I have a Margaret GREEN, born 1826 Ireland, living in Clifton Park, NY, with daughter Mary Ann GREEN, born 1848 New York. Likely father was Matthew GREEN, born 1825-26 County Meath, Ireland, living in Clifton Park, NY only briefly before he abandoned (or divorced?) his wife and daughter for some reason. Both are listed on the 1850 Federal Census for Saratoga County, NY and all are missing from the 1855 New York State Census for the same area.
