Jonathan Briggs married Abigail Green who was born in 1758. Their son was named Giles Briggs, so it is possible there was some connection to the family you are researching. Abigail Green was the daughter of Nathaniel Green born June 4, 1718 who married Alice Lee on March 8, 1738. Nathaniel Green was the son of James Green who married Rebecca Cahoone, and after her death married Mary Cook born about 1722 and died October 9, 1796. James Green was the son of Lt. John Green of London born about 1645 who married Abigail Wardwell. Lt. John Greene was the son of John Greene of Quidnessett. Hope this helps you in some way. Tom Green
