While doing some research on my USSERY family I found a site ccasey, under genforum USSERY,going thru the WILLS under "LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ANNE USSERY, in notes I found *Deed 20-6 April 12, 1804-John and Ann Ussery, James and Ann Green, James Gee, Jeremiah Gee, Jesse Gee, HEIRS of JOHN GREEN, dcd. to John Blackwell. This could have been the John Ussery that wed Nancy Green 1797, alledged dau. of Burkett Green but I doubt it. I believe since reading this that Nancy was the dau. of John Green, dcd. and she may have also been decd. and John had rewed an Ann[?] Moore. This is the same Anne, WILL, she died approx, 1812 Lunenburg, VA. executor, Jesse Gee, jr. No issue from this union. All children by John U. 1st wife. who ever she was. Martha
