John Patten. Hie company was latter transfered to the 11th PA. Reg og Continenrtals. He was married to alaphair Greene in Deleware in 1990 ans later came to Washington County Georgia. He died in 1817 or 1818. His will was burned in a courthouse fire but the legal addeds required for the sale of his estate survived. Alliphair's will was refiled after the fire and it is on record. There are two people that used Daniel and an ancestor for DAR member ship but they have the date of his death wrong. Write me direct and I'll send you a picture of his tomestone.
