I'm working on the Dutchess County, NY Green, Grien, Gryns of the early to mid-1700s, as part of my overall research into the JAYCOCKS surname. Especially interested in Christopher Green of Fishkill, and whether or not he was the same man as Christopher Greene of Rhode Island.\, and in the identity of the wife of Christopher of Fishkill, Elisabeth Van Denmark, also seen as VerMark, a surname with a bewildering number of variant spellings.
