Elias Green was born on July 18, 1781 in SC, possibly Laurens County. He married Susannah Elizabeth Hestilow about 1805 in SC. In the 1820's there is an Elias Green listed in Jackson Co. GA, is this the same Elias Green? Elias Green and Susannah Elizabeth Hestilow had the following children: 1) John H. Green, b. December 22, 1806. 2) Chaney Green, b. October 24, 1809. 3) Darkis Green, b. January 9, 1811. 4) David S. Green, b. May 21, 1813. 5) Mary Smith Green, b. March 25, 1815, d. 1879 in Webster Co. Ms. She married Ezekial Fletcher Gore in 1836 in Pickens Co. AL. (my line) 6) Isom Green, b. November 7, 1817. 7) Martha Green, b. February 23, 1820, m. John Ezell. 8) Elizabeth R. Green, b. June 2, 1822. 9) Felitha Vines Green, b. February 15, 1824. Would like to correspond with any descendants of Elias Green and Susannah Elizabeth Hestilow.
