I have discovered that my Lewis Green of NH had a brother George Green. He was a civil war calvary officer. Lewis himself served the military in some capacity as I have a photo of him in uniform. However it is an odd uniform appearing almost Hessian in nature. It was taken abt. 1840. Lewis's son Rueben green also served in the civil war, and died as enlisted. If anyone has info or is interested in the three photos let me know. Also, to the individual that mentioned suicide over recent event, anyone even considering such an idea should seek help. We are military, stationed at Ft. Bragg, awaiting orders. We therefore are proud of this country. I am however sick and tired of this train of thought. If you feel the need to express yourself, please go elsewher or continue your individual threads privately, this is not the place. --------------------------------------------------------------- NetZero Platinum Only $9.95 per month!
