I have a book "Early Missourians and Kin" by Roy Burgess, 1984. The book is not easy to decifer, but it lists a Squire Boone and a Nancy Boone, distantly related to each other. It also lists families of Green, Logan, Thompson, Ramey, Fisher, Bradley, McCarty, Brooks, Bradley, Franks, Mason, and several Boone names. The book is in my possession because it connects several lines of my SHOCKLEY, COX, and my GREEN line. The reason I mention it here is because the Shockley family was said to have moved with the BOONE's from KTY to Gasconade Co, MO. While the first names of these families do not match, there is potential that they might be descendants of the people mentioned in the court record below.
