Hi all Im just posting my interest on this site and would be great to hear from anyone who is doing the same. My grand father was Ptv Sam Vaughan from Ammanford in Carmthernshire. He signed up for the "Great" (odd word to use) war In Aug 1914 and Joined the 9th Royal welsh fusiliers. He only saw action for about 2 minutes on the 25th of Sept 1915 before being shoot twice by machine gun at the battle of Loos, My interest is The 9th Royal Welsh fusilier's The 9th Royal welsh fusilier's was diary 1914 - 1915 The Battle of Loos IF anyone has any interest or info on this would be glad to hear from them Thanks Rob
