    3. The only information I have is 37724 Private P. BONFIELD, died 24 Jan 1918, 14th Bn Suffolk Regiment, age 21, buried Dorking Cemetery. Any further information, family, NOK etc greatly appreciated. Margaret Rose Wagga Wagga NSW

    3. Hello 14th Bn - Bonfield, Percy, enlisted Guildford 37724 private, died , Home,21/1/18, formerly 4000, Royal West Surrey Regiment. Not much but his family are possibly from Guildford or Dorking. The 14 th Bn had only 14 deaths ! 14th battalion Territorial force - 1/1/17 - 64th Provisional Bn at Weybourne in 223 rd Brigade, became 14th Bn. The 64th Bn had been formed in June 1915 with home service personnel of the T.F. battalions ( T.F. Men had to volunteer to serve overseas and some did not). July 1917 at Sheringham. April 1918 Holt.
