Hello Howard, You may send a copy to me as a JPEG attachment. Please try to make the image as clear and as large [within reason] as possible. If there are parts of the picture, like shoulder titles, please also try to make a separate enlargement or zoom of those areas. Also [and every tiny bit of information may help] if there is any writing or inscriptions on the picture, on the back of the picture, names or places names etc please also include them as notes with the image. I make no guarantee but by all means will have a look for you.
