    3. Hi Rob I too am researching three men of the 9th RWF who were killed at the Battle of Loos on 25th Sep 1915. Pte Joseph Walter Hill, Staff Sergt Trevor Owen Hughes and Pte Robert Edward Williams. They have no known graves and are remembered on the Loos memorial. They may well have known your grandad. Hi Both, Not much help to your own research but we have a man from the same battalion killed on the same day....Researched as part of a Journal we will be publishing next year on all the military deaths to men of the Ogmore Valley.....We have three other men from the same battalion, two killed on 3rd Jul 1916 and another on 7th Nov 1918....
