    3. Hello Do you mean the actual medals? if so the answer would be no unless they were never issued and even then difficult. Presumably his next of kin received the medals but the Medal Rolls at Kew should confirm this. The Medal Index Cards are online at National Archives site but it costs £3.50. Sadly many medals for various reasons were sold. EBay and the like have a number for sale at various times.
